RAIGARH (cgeconomy.com) – On the eve of Independence Day, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai inaugurated and laid the foundation for development projects worth ₹62.36 crore during his visit to Dharamjaigarh in Raigarh district.
The projects include the inauguration of 45 works worth ₹42.99 crore and the foundation stone laying for 70 works costing ₹19.36 crore.
Among the key inaugurations were a high-level bridge and approach road over Bhengari Nala on the Panikhet–Adukla road in Dharamjaigarh (₹5.25 crore), a bridge over the Kharun River on the Pakargaon road in Lailunga (₹6.39 crore), and multiple drinking water supply schemes worth ₹28.53 crore in Kharsia, Lailunga, and Dharamjaigarh.
He also inaugurated primary health centres in Bahirkela and Lamdand (₹75 lakh each), a community hall in Konpara (₹7 lakh), and a 33/11 KV, 3.15 MVA CSPDCL substation in Khadgaon (₹1.25 crore).
Foundation stone events included ₹13.28 crore for seven tribal boys’ hostel buildings, ₹20.33 lakh for a watch tower in Dharamjaigarh, and ₹10.88 lakh for a patrolling camp in Kumarta.
Additional works include ₹2.54 crore for bridges, CC roads, and community infrastructure in various panchayats, and ₹3.22 crore for repair of 44 health centres across Lailunga, Dharamjaigarh, and Kharsia assembly constituencies.
